Know Before You Go
Please arrive early! We suggest arriving 45 minutes prior to curtain time to allow time to use the restrooms, visit the bar, and be seated comfortably. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to curtain time.
Latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate time in the performance. A live video feed of the performance can be viewed in the lobby until you are seated.
Although your seat number may appear non-sequential - for example, seats 5 and 7 - the seats are, in fact, adjacent.
The theatres are climate controlled - heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. Dress comfortably for theatre; clothing suitable for a nice restaurant is appropriate.
Please refrain from taking photographs or using recording devices or cell phones during the performance.
Our shows usually run about 2.5 hours, including one 15 minute intermission. Visit the web page of any Goodspeed show for exact running times.
Children under the age of five will not be allowed in the theatre. Visit the web page of any Goodspeed show for recommendations on age-appropriateness.
Backpacks are not allowed in the theatre for security reasons. Please leave backpacks in your car, or you may check them with the House Manager when you arrive.
Firearms are strictly prohibited on Goodspeed property.
As a courtesy to patrons and performers alike, please stay at your seat until the houselights have come up at the end of the show.
Please contact our House Manager in advance if you require special assistance of any kind, such as:
- Access to the elevator to enter the building (The Goodspeed only);
- Removal of a theatre seat to accommodate a wheelchair. We can only accomodate standard size wheelchairs.
- Early admittance to the theatre;
- Assistance in getting to your seats.
Please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before curtain time so our staff may comfortably assist you to your seats.
Both theatres are equipped with a state-of-the-art Sennheiser infrared hearing system to assist hearing-impaired patrons through the generosity of the Carol L. Sirot Foundation. This system can be used independently or in conjunction with patrons’ normal hearing aids. The devices are available free of charge at the Box Office.
