Company Management
The Company Management Associate will be involved with the day-to-day details of an artist’s time at Goodspeed, and will assist the Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager with addressing aspects of housing, transportation, safety, health, and welfare of the artists/staff in residence. This seasonal position goes from mid May through on or about December 1, 2026.

Costumes
The Draper is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely construction and alterations of all costume elements assigned to them by the Costume Shop Manager (CSM). The Draper will supervise a First Hand and Stitcher(s) in the sewing and construction of assigned costume elements. In addition, the Draper will assist in supporting the Goodspeed Costume Rentals Team.

Props
The Props Carpenter assists with the planning, building, execution, and acquisition of all prop elements assigned to them by the Props Manager.

Sound
The Audio Assistant assists the Audio Supervisor and Production Audio Engineer in the safe installation and execution of all audio elements in all Goodspeed venues, as well as assisting in the safe, efficient and accurate implementation of sound designs on assigned productions.

Scenic
The GOH Stage Supervisor is responsible for the operation of all scenic moves, coordinating with the scene shop on any maintenance or repair needs during performances and rehearsals for productions at the Goodspeed Opera House. The Stage Supervisor supervises and trains a crew of Stagehands in safe stage operation practices. Additionally, they lend support to the carpentry scene shop in the implementation, load-in, and strike of all scenic elements.

The Dresser is responsible for the care, tracking, and maintenance of costume elements during the run of a production. The dresser assists actors with costume changes during performances, ensuring that all costumes are ready for each scene. They work backstage to maintain an organized, efficient costume flow, providing quick adjustments and support to ensure seamless transitions between scenes.
