REGINA LeVERT* (Barbara) hails from Los Angeles, and is thrilled to make her debut with Goodspeed Musicals! Some of her favorite credits include: Jelly’s Last Jam, Barnum, Working, Othello, Blues for an Alabama Sky, Little Shop of Horrors, Nine, Sisterella, A…My Name is Alice, The World Goes ‘Round, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Once on This Island, the world premiere of Dorian at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts,  and the National Tour of Fame, the Musical, where she can be heard as Ms. Sherman on the original cast recording. “Nothing ever happens if you don’t show up!” For Tony


 
Karyn Quakenbush KAYRN QUACKENBUSH* (Karla) is thrilled to be doing The Bikinis and thrilled to be back at Goodspeed after 20 years! Karyn was last seen off Broadway in Nora and Delia Ephron's Love, Loss And What I Wore. Karyn is so honored to have worked with and known Nora Ephron. Broadway: Nora Ephron's Imaginary Friends, Annie Get Your Gun (understudy for Bernadette Peters and Reba McEntire) and Blood Brothers. TV: “Louie,” “Law and Order,” “Chappell's Show.” Film: Isn't She Great with Bette Midler. Off Broadway: I Love You, Your Perfect, Now Change. Co-writer/Director/Choreographer: Irving Berlin’s I Love A Piano National and Japan Tours. Writer/Director: ‘S Wonderful The New Gershwin Musical.  Off-Broadway/Regional: The Prince and the Pauper, The Ark, Lamour The Merrier, The Story Goes On, A Christmas Survival Guide, I Love New York, Rat Pack Lounge!, Barnum, The Last 5 Years, The Taffetas, Five Course Love, and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change!.  Founding Artistic Director of Tri-Arts, co-owner of Miracle or 2 Productions (Miracleor2.com).   JAMES HINDMAN (Author) is currently appearing in Mary Poppins on Broadway. Writer and Conceiver: Pete ‘n’ Keely (Outer Critics Circle Award nomination, two Drama Desk nominations.) Off-Broadway’s The Transport Group: book for Being Audrey, contributor to The Audience (Drama Desk nomination). With Ray Roderick, he co-founded Miracle Or 2 Productions. Co-writer: I Love New York (Bistro Award); A Christmas Survival Guide and Heaven Help Us (Carbonel Award nomination), Denver Theatre Center; Are We There Yet?  His plays include Incubus (The Pittsburgh Public’s New Play Series), Mercada (Vineyard Theatre reading), and The Drama Department, currently being developed at The Hangar Theatre.
   

 

 JOSEPH BAKER (Music Director, Musical Arrangements) Music Director/Pianist on and around Broadway for over 20 years, including Wicked, The Lion King, Blood Brothers, The Life, Grand Hotel, Starlight Express, The Tap Dance Kid, Little Shop of Horrors, Catskills on Broadway, Footloose, Bells Are Ringing, Laughing Room Only. Orchestrator, Vocal Arranger or Dance Arranger: Bubbly Black Girl, The Green Heart, Footloose. Composer/Arranger: score for the smash hit documentary Mad Hot Ballroom. Composer/Arranger/Producer:  Dittydoodle Works. His other “musical life” includes projects in his own midtown Manhattan studio. JAY HILTON (Sound Design) is proud of his long association with Goodspeed, having designed countless productions at the Goodspeed Opera House and Norma Terris Theatre. In addition to his design duties Jay serves as the Lighting & Sound Supervisor for all of Goodspeed’s productions. Jay’s work has been heard on Broadway, National Tours, and at regional theatres from coast to coast. Jay and his wife, Goodspeed’s Line Producer Donna Lynn Hilton, make their home (and garden) in Hadlyme.
