2020 RenewalIt's renewal time and this year, it's easier than ever to renew your Membership and Season Tickets. See the steps below for instructions.

STEP 1: RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIPThe first thing you'll need to do is renew your membership. If you've already sent in your renewal form or called the Box Office, you're all set! You can move onto STEP 2. If you still haven't renewed, you may do so now, online or by calling the Box Office (860.873.8668).
How to Renew Your Membership Online:
Click the button below and fill out the form. Please consider increasing your gift. Once you have clicked SUBMIT, you will be able to move onto STEP 2 and renew your Season Tickets. Unfortunately we cannot renew your Membership and Season Tickets in one transaction.
STEP 2: RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKETS
Once you've renewed your Membership online, with the Box Office, or by sending us your renewal form, you may renew your Season Tickets. You can do this by calling the Box Office (860.873.8668) or see the instructions below to renew online.
How to Renew Your Season Tickets Online:
You can renew or change your season tickets in the Online Member Center. Unfortunately, only those with a renewable series may renew online. If you have a flex package or super saver, you should call the Box Office at 860.873.8668.
Your username is your email address.
Enter your email address for the User Name and then enter your Password. If you have forgotten your Password, simply enter your User Name and click “forgot password.” You will receive an email with a new password.
Once you’ve logged in, you will automatically see your subscription information including the dates and seat locations. If you wish to keep your seats the same just hit the “renew and pay” button and follow the path to enter payment information.
If you wish to make a change to your entire season ticket package you may hit the “Submit a change request” button to submit your request; the Box Office staff will contact you to assist with the change.
If you just want to change individual dates for the performances you can renew as is and then call us to make a date exchange once you receive your tickets in the mail in February.As always, we are here to help so if you are having trouble logging in or would just like to speak with us directly we are open at 10 am every day.
